What Months Box Will I Get?

To get the next subscription box you need to subscribe before the 30th of the current month. For example, you purchase your FIRST box on the 30th July, your FIRST box will ship between the 21st and 22nd of August. As our business grows we will be able to increase inventory holdings and ship boxes earlier.

When Are Subscriptions Sent?

Boxes are sent out once a month between the 21st and 22nd with delivery scheduled by the end of the month (depending on your location).

How Will You Send My Subscription?

Our boxes are shipped via Courier and will be tracked throughout shipment.

Where Do You Deliver?

At this time we only deliver to customers throughout Australia. Our Couriers only deliver to street addresses so please ensure you do not ask for a PO Box or Parcel Collect delivery as this will result in a delay to your delivery.

What's In My Box?

The surprise is half of the fun, that’s why we keep the contents secret until you receive them. It's like having your birthday every month.

When Will I Get Charged?

You are charged on the day you sign up and then on the 1st of the following month and every month of your membership.

Can I Review What Sizes I Selected For Apparel?

Absolutely. You can review and amend your sizing by logging into your 'Account', then clicking on 'Edit Account'.

Can I Skip A Month?

Yesyou're welcome to skip a month if you need to. Log on to your 'My TRADIEBOX' page and click Manage, then select the order you would like to skip.

Can I Cancel My Membership?

We appreciate that situations can change if unfortunately, you need to cancel your membership then log on to your 'My TRADIEBOX' page and click Manage, then Cancel Order.

Please send us your request at least 24 hours before your next monthly renewal date to avoid being charged and included in the next upcoming box.

What If Something Is Missing From My Box?

Every TRADIEBOX is made by hand with love and doubled checked. Because we're all human there can be mistakes. In the rare occurrence, you are missing an item or a product came defective or broken don’t be shy just let us know! Please email us info@tradiebox.com and we will get you a replacement out immediately.

What If Something Doesn't Fit Me?

There is a rare chance that all sizes won't be available but if this happens we will put the next closest size in your TRADIEBOX. 

Do I Have To Sign Up Every Month?

Absolutely not. Your membership will continue until you inform us you wish to stop auto renewal or by using your 'My TRADIEBOX' to cancel manually.
